Brittany Murphy Leaves Everything to Her Mom

After an unexpected death, Brittany Murphy’s will left nothing with her husband, but he’s okay with that.

The actress passed away on December 20, and left her estate entirely to her mother.

Screenwriter Simon Monjack explained that after the two married in 2007, she had a will and a trust drafted that left everything

to mother, Sharon.

At his inquiry, the will says, “I am married to Simon Monjack who I have intentionally left out of that will.”

Although the size of her estate is not known, her mom listed the actress’s Hollywood Hills house for $7.25 million.
