Gearing up for another season of “X Factor,” Cheryl Cole was spotted arriving at the first day of London auditions that wee hours (June 21).

The Girls Aloud babe looked amazing in a ruffled orange dress as she greeted thousands of cheering audience members and contestants outside the Excell Centre.

In related news, Ms. Cole is getting ready for some divorce drama as she’s planning on fighting for her Surrey mansion.

Cheryl is

divorcing her soccer star hubby Ashley Cole and wants to keep the $6 million house. “Cheryl doesn’t want to live anywhere else. At first she didn’t think she wanted it and felt like a fresh start somewhere new. But she made the mansion her home, and even though she’s been away a lot lately she sees it as her base when she’s in the UK,” said a friend.
