Making what he feels to be the exact business move, Sean “Diddy” Combs attended a press conference at The Standard Hotel in new York City on Wednesday (May 5).

The hip-hop mogul happened to be announcing his partnership with Macy’s to exclusively sell his exclusive sort in Sean John.

According to WWD reports, “The retailer will be the exclusive area store distributor of Sean John men’s sportswear beginning with the spring

2011 season. The line, which will feature new standards for fit and workmanship, will be available in 400 Macy’s doors and on macys.com beginning in October, with more doors to be added in coming years.

In joining up with Macy’s, Diddy joins exclusive company in designers such as Tommy Hilfiger, Martha Stewart and the upcoming Material Girl juniors line from Madonna.
