Haylie Duff: Nail Mission

Sometimes one nail salon just isn’t abundant.  And Haylie Duff was bound and determined to get her nails done just the way she likes them.

The “Napoleon Dynamite” actress was spotted in Ventura, California yesterday visiting

two different nail salons in search of the perfect set.  And she looked cute in a black tank top with a big blue scarf, and a pair of designer jeans.
