Just a note for all you guys out there - whether you wanna really impress your girl, take her shopping at Chanel.  Judging from Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s Thursday afternoon festivities, Spencer

already got that memo.

The peroxide pair was spotted out and about in Beverly Hills yesterday checking out the wares at the local Chanel boutique.
