Jon & Kate Gosselin: No Child Labor Charges

They’re no strangers to drama, but it looks like Jon and Kate Gosselin won’t be the subjects of a child labor exploration after all.

According to a report, the Pennsylvania office of Labor & Industry will not be pursuing legal action against the producers of the Gosselin’s TLC show.

Jon tweeted, “Kate and I were

doing what was best for our family. And it gave us an opportunity to spend quality family duration together.”

He added, “The allegations made today by Kevin and Jodi Kreider have not been my experience at all during the production of Jon & Kate Plus 8.”
