Keeping on top of her physical fitness since her “Dancing with the Stars” days, Kate Gosselin took to the streets of Reading, Pennsylvania for a Labor Day weekend jog on Sunday (September 5).

Showing off her rippling abs, the TLC reality star mom looked very much at ease while running multiple miles before returning back to the homefront.

The previous day, Miss Gosselin kept herself busy running errands - as she gathered some supplies for

her pet chickens at the Huber’s Feed Store in nearby Myerstown.

The sightings come as Kate and the kids can be seen in two new installments of “Kate Plus 8″ from 9-10PM on TLC later that evening (September 6).

After “Pirates, Kites, and Turtles. Oh My!” airs first, fans will soon after be treated to “6th Birthday Surprise” which sees Kate’s plan a special birthday filled with exciting celebrations.
