Later on tonight, the world’s best basketball players will take center court for the NBA All-Star game in New Orleans. And, as with any big sporting event, celebrities are certain to be nearby.

Leading up to the big game, Gossip Girls spotted Kim Kardashian and her Saint boyfriend Reggie Bush at Zo & Magic’s 8-Ball Challenge Valentine’s party.
