As the details surrounding the custody of Michael Jackson’s kids are finalized, it seems his ex-wife Debbie Rowe is happy to take a payout rather than getting the children.

According to a report, Miss Rowe will receive $4 million for dropping her custody case against Katherine Jackson, hence giving up her parental rights to Prince Michael and Paris Katherine.

And an insider revealed that once the payoff is completed, Debbie can’t ever challenge the custody arrangement and won’t be eligible to

get the kids back whether something happens to Mrs. Jackson.

“It’s one final payday.  They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. [Rowe] jumped back into the picture considering she wanted money.  that would be it. that takes away any rights she has to challenge custody at any given instance.  whether something happens to Katherine, [Rowe] can’t challenge the next [guardian], whether that is Diana Ross or someone in the family.”
