No Charges Against Amy Winehouse

Though doctors have warned her that smoking is the last thing she should be doing, Amy Winehouse seemed happy to disregard the advice earlier today (June 30).

The troubled “Rehab” singer paid a visit to the GP

and attempted to open the upstairs window to have a smoke. When she was unsuccessful, she headed outside to light up, and was promptly greeted by fans seeking photos and autographs.
